How about R&D strength of your company?

We have a very strong research and development capability. Our products are all made by private models. We introduce at least 3 new products a year.

What is your supply ability？

3 million to 3.5 million per year.

What are the deviations of your values for structural and electronic parts?

The deviation of the dimensional values of the products is ±3mm The deviation of the electronic parameters is ±10%. (All subject to the actual product contract)

Can you send me the samples free of charge?

We can send you samples but as we all know sea freight is very expensive. Therefore, we would like to ask you to pay for the shipping cost. However, we can ensure that no matter how many samples you have. We will refund you the shipping cost after the order reaches the minimum order quantity.

What is your moq?

Each SKU requires a minimum order of 300. Combined SKUs require a minimum order of 1,000. Existing stock products can be communicated appropriately, inquire for details.

Can I print my own LOGO?

Yes, if the order quantity exceeds our MOQ.

Can our products be sold in designated areas?

Ofcouse, We also prefer to have a long-term cooperation so you can sign a contract and keep the sample only for you.

What’s your delivery time?

Our regular delivery time is around 40 working days after receiving the deposit.

How to Change Ceiling Light?

Switch off power, remove old fixture, disconnect wires. Mount new bracket, connect wires, fix new light, and install bulb and cover.
